Yes!! Google Reader has Search!!

I am a big fan of all things Google, one of these services being their Google Reader, a feed reeder. What is that, you ask? :dork:

Your inbox for the web

With Google Reader, keeping up with your favorite websites is as easy as checking your email.

* Stay up to date.
Google Reader constantly checks your favorite news sites and blogs for new content.
* Share with your friends.
Use Google Reader’s built-in public page to easily share interesting items with your friends and family.
* Use it anywhere, for free.
Google Reader is totally free and works in most modern browsers, without any software to install.

One of my biggest complaints about it from the beginning was its lack of a search function. It seemed odd to me that a company that built its notoriety on creating a new search engine would not include this service in one of their products. But FINALLY, they have added this function! Now you can search your subscribed threads with ease:

Search lets you use keywords to find items in your subscriptions (if you’re looking to search all blogs, give Blog Search a try). If you subscribe to someone’s shared items, it’ll search those too.

This is just so awesome!! Especially for someone like me, who has literally THOUSANDS of read items, this is really an essential feature.

Thanks Google!! :star:
